Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NB Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
